First things first, this is not some sort of New Year's Resolution. Okay, well part of it is.
I've been exercising with a lot more purpose throughout the last half of 2017.
Around December my exercising took a bit of a knock due to a typical case of the sniffles! (Well, it wasn't just the sniffles, but you get my point, right?)
I'm hoping that keeping track of my exercising online motivates me to keep it all going.
I don't want to let my progress slip. So that's somewhat my resolution: not stopping what's been very beneficial to my health and well-being ^-^
I gotta say it's helped a lot to simply see something like... I've done 331 Push Ups in the past two weeks. It just doesn't seem right o.o
The only frustrating thing is that I've lost 2lbs... I'm trying really hard to go the other way dammit! xD
Things to note, I haven't put records of other exercises on there because... keeping records of these ones seem obsessive enough. Plus, I don't particularly want to time Planks (heck, I hate Planks enough as it is, I don't want to do them at all lol) or make a big deal out of something like bike rides or squats, they are a bit more free-form and I'm too lazy to find a pen and track those in my notebook haha
So I may be updating this on a fortnightly basis, if I stop at any point (without good reason) I'm giving y'all full permission to get on my case about it.
